"One of the Boys" by Katy Perry
If I could, I would post this entire album in one continuous mp3 for your listening pleasure. Sadly, I can’t…so I just chose my favorite one. Everyone already knows the words to “I Kissed a Girl”, but that was played ad nauseum last summer. So this year, shake things the hell up. “One of the Boys” is one of those songs that people makes people want to sing the chorus the second time through. And it gets stuck in your head so easily…but in a totally good way. When I first bought this album last summer, I was hooked about 30 seconds into this song. Perfect opener, Katy. Perfect.
